How to Join

Membership consists of registered Medical Practitioners, both active and retired, Associate Members, who shall be spouses, partners or relatives of existing members, and Medical Students of the Brighton and Sussex Medical School.

 

Membership application forms are available in two formats:

1. If you have the Acrobat Reader programme, click here for the version. Otherwise, click here to view an html version. This can be printed directly from your web browser and will probably, but not certainly, fit on a single A4 sheet.

 

2. The Gift Aid form can be downloaded here in the PDF version.
